Using everyday examples, Dechan Jueren explains the basic concepts of Zen and Buddhism and how they can help people deal with the stresses of everyday life.
Dechan Jueren is the 47th Master of the Linji School of Zen Buddhism, the most authentic and recognised Zen school in the World. His is also the 49th lineage holder of the Esoteric School, First Secretary to the World Council of Religious Leaders, and was a speaker at the U.N Millennium Peace Summit.

Sending Light Round the Globe
Due to the many changes that are now taking place on the planet we would like to unite all Light Workers together to help focus light. By doing this and joining our pledge you will help humanity make a much smoother transition through these challenging times into Ascension.
Starting this Saturday we are asking that you all spend just 5 minutes every Saturday to send light round the world. All you need to do is to visualise the world engulfed in brilliant white light and imagine that white light filled with love. Just hold that image for as long as possible and ask that the world be filled with love today and every day. It doesn't matter that we will all do this at different times. In fact that is even better because the effect will be continuous.
